Technical Depth

Depth of technical monitoring and personalized care is evident throughout each RCM aluminum die casting project. Prior to commencing the full production of your parts, we will produce a complete set of samples of every die cavity for your project. Accordingly, each RCM facility will run samples until our engineers and your design inspection representatives agree on all part-to-print matches. Upon your final approval, we ramp up to full manufacturing capacity.

Multiple automated die casting cells enable capabilities for 24/7 consistency checks during large capacity, heavy-duty part production.

RCM facilities have coordinate measuring machines (CMM) that compare parts in production to three-dimensional models stored in our database. CMMs regularly compare parts in production with corresponding ideal models in the database to gage any variances and incorporate in-production controls as needed. You can be confident that, regardless of standard or customized design specification, the RCM team will closely monitor for visual and structural accuracy during every production run.

	Advance Product Quality Planning Our team will review your part design to improve castability and/or eliminate further processing in order to reduce your total part pricing. Reducing machining stock on machined castings will minimize the likelihood of porosity.

Surface Treatments Vibratory Deburring RCM has the capability to remove burrs and sharp edges from finished parts. We utilize ball burnishing to smooth part surface areas without abrasives and shot blasting to clean parts and produce a high-shine presentation.

The surface integrity of RCM castings minimizes the requirements for applying custom finishes, thus lowering your production costs. Our processes reduce the amount and size of porosity near the surface of your castings to create the ideal conditions for custom finishes. We specialize in casting detailed textures for applications that require plating, painting and synthetic coating to enhance the functionality and appearance of your parts.
