RCM customer service representatives are available to receive your quote requests by phone, email, fax, or mail.  We will work with you to determine the scope of your project needs and define pricing to help you develop a cost effective project.  Once you have selected RCM to fulfill your project needs, our customer service representative will introduce you to your personal project engineer.

RCM’s design engineer will develop tooling and a die casting process specific to your project requirements.  Your project engineer meets regularly with your team throughout your project.  Engineering, die casting development and production evaluation stages are all utilized to ensure that all cost savings and product quality measures are achieved.

RCM’s manufacturing facilities are designed with capabilities to produce a wide variety of casting requirements.  They are strategically located in the Midwest  and Southeast regions of the U.S. to provide efficient resource procurement and delivery.  RCM’s facilities, including our global partners, conform to ISO/TS 16949: 2002 and/or ISO 9001: 2000 quality management systems.
